About The Position

We are seeking a high-performing, senior-level Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner to support our growing organization with a primary focus on sourcing and attracting top-tier production talent within the home improvement and construction industry. This role will focus heavily on recruiting highly experienced production professionals in windows, siding, bathrooms, sunrooms/decks, and roofing, while also supporting the recruitment of office, professional, leadership, and management positions across the organization. The ideal individual is a high-powered, results-driven recruiter with a proven track record of identifying, engaging, and securing difficult-to-find talent in highly competitive markets. This person must be highly skilled in sourcing passive candidates, building talent pipelines, networking within the skilled trades, and developing creative recruiting strategies to attract elite talent. This position will recruit both employees (W-2) and independent general contractors (1099). Therefore, the successful candidate must possess a strong understanding of the legal and compliance considerations associated with each classification and understand the importance of maintaining clear separation in recruiting efforts, communications, documentation, and engagement practices to ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, worker classification standards, and organizational expectations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in high-volume, high-level recruiting, with demonstrated success recruiting hard-to-find, highly skilled talent
  • Extensive recruiting experience within construction, home improvement, remodeling, skilled trades, or closely related industries
  • Proven success recruiting highly experienced professionals in windows, siding, bathrooms, roofing, sunrooms/decks, or similar production environments
  • Experience recruiting both W-2 employees and independent contractors/general contractors, with a strong understanding of maintaining separation in recruiting strategies, communications, and documentation
  • Strong understanding of worker classification considerations, including legal distinctions between employees and independent contractors
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit across multiple organizational levels, including field production, office/professional, leadership, and management positions
  • Proven ability to source passive candidates, build talent pipelines, and recruit in competitive labor markets
  • Strong networking, communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills
  • Self-directed, highly organized, and driven to produce measurable recruiting results

Responsibilities

  • Recruit highly skilled and experienced production talent in: Windows, Siding, Bathrooms, Sunrooms/Decks, Roofing
  • Source, recruit, and build pipelines for highly experienced field professionals and subcontractor/general contractor networks
  • Support recruitment efforts for office, professional, leadership, and management-level positions
  • Develop innovative recruiting strategies to attract both active and passive candidates
  • Partner closely with operational leadership to understand workforce planning, staffing needs, and hiring priorities
  • Utilize networking, referrals, sourcing tools, digital recruiting, and relationship-building strategies to secure top talent
  • Maintain compliant and distinct recruiting practices for W-2 employees and independent contractors/general contractors
  • Ensure recruiting practices remain aligned with applicable labor laws and worker classification requirements
