About The Position

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner serves as a strategic talent advisor to organizational leaders, partnering with hiring managers to develop workforce strategies that attract, engage, and retain top talent. The role also serves as a mentor and coach to Talent Acquisition team members, promoting best practices, strengthening recruiting capabilities, and driving continuous improvement across the function.
