The Merchandising Recruitment team plays a vital role in identifying and attracting talent that supports Walmart’s strategic objectives and innovation in merchandising. Requirements

  • Proven expertise in talent acquisition and corporate recruitment with a strong focus on talent strategy and sourcing.
  • Ability to leverage data-driven decision making to analyze talent supply and influence hiring priorities effectively.
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement, communication, and management to align recruitment strategies with business needs.
  • Experience managing multiple projects using agile methodology, including sprint planning and process improvement.
  • Strong capability to build and maintain long-term relationships with business leaders and hiring managers.
  • Proficient in simplifying and improving recruiting processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Demonstrated accountability for hiring timelines and delivering results aligned with organizational goals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field and 2 year’s experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or related area.
  • 4 years’ experience in human resources, talent acquisition or related area.
