About The Position

This role is for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner who thrives on attracting and recruiting top talent for a high-performing, globally recognized organization. The position focuses on delivering great additions to the team and providing growth opportunities. The role requires the individual to be a trusted advisor to hiring teams for recruitment within their assigned portfolio, identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques with a focus on passive talent, and create a 'buzz' in the talent market through networking and employer branding initiatives. Responsibilities include intake meetings, strategic sourcing, candidate identification and selection, salary determination, and offers of employment including negotiations. The role also involves using data and market intelligence to influence hiring teams and coaching hiring managers on effective interview and selection techniques.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years high-volume recruitment experience of high (ideally within engineering or a related technical field) identifying talent from hourly manufacturing to professional level roles
  • Familiarity with sourcing for niche technical roles to effectively assess candidate qualifications.
  • Ability to quickly get up to speed and hit the ground running with a heavy workload and proven experience doing so.
  • Advanced sourcing skills
  • Passion for driving new ideas to think outside the box and bring forward new recruitment initiatives
  • Resilience for change and ambiguity to support the fast-paced changing needs of our business.
  • Comfortable operating within an applicant tracking system (ATS), Workday experience preferred
  • A quiet, secure, work from home space with the ability openly communicate.
  • Experience working on a virtual team, and proven ability to work both independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

  • Be a trusted advisor to hiring teams for all things recruitment within your assigned portfolio
  • Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search, interests groups, Google X-Ray) with an exclusive focus on passive talent
  • Create a “buzz” in the talent market by networking through industry related groups, specialty job boards, employer branding programs – always be sourcing.
  • Conduct intake meetings, strategic sourcing, candidate identification & selection, salary determination, and offers of employment including negotiations
  • Using data and market intel, influence the decision-making process with your hiring teams
  • Coach and train hiring managers on effective interview and selection techniques, equipping them with the skills necessary to move through the recruitment cycle confidently and seamlessly.
