About The Position

Suffolk is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support and scale the company's growing Corporate function. This role involves managing full-cycle recruiting for corporate openings across various departments like Operational Excellence, IT, and AI. The partner will collaborate closely with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies, evaluate talent, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience. The position requires strong in-house Corporate Talent Acquisition experience, a consultative approach, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is a new role reporting to the Director of Corporate Talent Acquisition and is based at the Boston headquarters, requiring on-site presence four days a week.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 5 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on Corporate Talent Acquisition
  • Experience supporting Corporate functions such as G&A, IT, and AI; experience hiring Digital Engineering or Design talent is a strong plus
  • In-house talent acquisition experience strongly preferred
  • Must have strong collaboration and relationship building skills with People & Culture team members across HRBPs, Total Rewards, and People Operations
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and senior stakeholders in a consultative manner
  • Strong understanding of the Greater Boston labor market
  • Ability to make informed hiring recommendations using data, market insight, and sound judgment
  • Customer-service mindset with a consistent focus on candidate and hiring manager experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience hiring Digital Engineering or Design talent is a strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire recruiting cycle across an average of 15-20 open requisitions daily from phone screen through offer acceptance
  • Develop and maintain strong consultative relationships with HRBPs, Hiring Managers, Leadership, and Candidates
  • Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to develop position profiles and understand hiring needs, including scope, compensation, timing, and expectations
  • Identify and engage both active and passive candidates through creative and targeted sourcing strategies, leveraging technology and internal sourcing tools such as iCIMS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ZoomInfo
  • Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
  • Work closely with HRBPs, Total Rewards, and Talent Management on internal mobility process for transfers and promotions
  • Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with peers, leadership and cross-functional stakeholders internally
  • Ensure ATS data integrity within iCIMS and regularly share data-driven updates with internal stakeholders
  • Deliver against hiring goals while maintaining consistently high candidate and hiring manager experiences
