About The Position

We are currently looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner/Recruiter. This individual will be supporting Hanger Corporate by screening resumes, interviewing applicants, and referring well-qualified applicants to hiring managers for specified positions with emphasis on matching specific candidates with Accounting and Finance and other corporate office positions. You'll be expected to understand and support the recruiting needs of the hiring managers. As a corporate recruiter you will serve as a liaison for the Human Resources Department with special emphasis on performing full lifecycle recruiting and maintaining excellent relations with hiring managers and candidates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related course of study and a minimum of five (5) years of related experience that may include paid employment, internships, or work-study assignments providing hands on exposure to recruiting, marketing, sales, or human resource functions is required OR High School diploma and 7 years of related experience that may include paid employment, internships, or work-study assignments providing hands on exposure to recruiting, marketing, sales, or human resource functions.
  • Use computer, MS Office applications, and general office equipment
  • Ideal candidate is detail-oriented and organized, with excellent time management and communication skills
  • Be a self-starter who works well independently, but knows when to seek input or ask for guidance
  • Excellent organization skills and high attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with an applicant tracking system such as iCIMS is preferred.
  • Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Search strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Review resumes and candidate credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
  • Use Boolean and other search options to find qualified candidates.
  • Administer applicant tracking system including creating requisitions, performing post-offer tracking, and developing ad hoc reports as requested.
  • Provide exceptional service and full lifecycle recruiting for the assigned job openings.
  • Confer with hiring managers to identify personnel needs, workforce planning strategies, and search assignments.
  • Leverage online recruiting resources to identify and recruit the very best candidates.
  • Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the Company and the position.
  • Prescreen candidates. Create and present prescreening questions to hiring managers for collaboration and approval.
  • Interview all candidates presented for detailed interviewing by hiring managers.
