This is a rare opportunity to lead a large-scale Talent Acquisition function across the U.S. and Canada, driving capability, performance and transformation within a complex, fast-moving business environment. Reporting to the Regional Director, you will lead a team of approximately 20 and partner closely with senior operational leaders to deliver workforce solutions that support significant business growth and change. You will take ownership of a broad regional remit, leading initiatives that modernise recruitment delivery, improve capability, optimise systems and elevate stakeholder engagement across multiple business lines and locations. This role is ideal for a commercially minded leader who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys influencing at senior levels and can successfully lead teams through change and transformation.
