The Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting high-volume clinical and non-clinical hiring in a highly regulated healthcare environment. Reporting within the Human Resources function, this role is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and execution of recruitment, onboarding, internal job movements, and employee lifecycle documentation. This position serves as a key operational partner to recruiters, HR Operations, Payroll, IT, department leaders, and union representatives to ensure hiring and internal movement processes are accurate, timely, compliant, and consistently executed. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, service-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
