Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant (AI, Data & CyberSec)
About The Position
Quest is looking for an experienced In-house Talent Acquisition Consultant to help support our ongoing expansion across the AI, Data & Cyber Security business units in Austin. This role is a hybrid, onsite-remote role. You will be working alongside and supporting the Regional Recruitment Business Partner for AMER. Requirements
- 5+ years of in-house recruitment experience
- Experience in an Enterprise Tech company
- Proven ability to hire candidates in GTM, AI, Data or Cyber roles
- Detailed understanding of the candidate journey and how to enhance candidate experience
Responsibilities
- Be a strategic, consultative, partner to the regional business leaders
- Advise on market trends through the use of data
- Utilize data to inform hiring / sourcing strategies
- Own the end-to-end hiring life cycle from initial role qualification, through to offer negotiation
- Provide direct sourcing and market mapping of key competitors
- Partner with HR & Comp to ensure role alignment
- Work with some of the latest AI-recruiting tools available
