  • Demonstrated experience with the systems engineering lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of current NSG, ASG, and NRO enterprises.
  • Previous experience supporting NGA and/or NSG/ASG programs and projects.
  • Previous experience supporting Intelligence Community or Department of Defense programs and projects.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance, or ability to obtain SCI eligibility and successfully complete a polygraph.

  • Strong understanding of cloud-enabled mission systems and hybrid infrastructure environments.
  • Experience supporting major acquisition programs and large-scale mission modernization efforts.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, mission stakeholders, and government leadership.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities in complex, fast-paced operational environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor mid-level and junior systems engineers across engineering activities and program execution.
  • Support the capture, analysis, and translation of mission and customer requirements into system and capability requirements.
  • Guide requirements traceability, architecture development, and systems engineering lifecycle activities.
  • Develop and evaluate solution designs based on emerging technologies and mission requirements.
  • Conduct systems integration activities across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
  • Perform Analysis of Alternatives (AoAs), Courses of Action (CoAs), trade studies, and engineering assessments.
  • Assess and review cloud service capabilities, workflows, system constraints, and scheduling limitations.
  • Support strategic technical planning, project management, performance engineering, risk management, and interface design.
  • Analyze and allocate requirements to system architecture components and acquisition programs.
  • Collaborate across agencies and organizations to integrate systems, services, processes, and interfaces supporting Major Systems Acquisitions.
