Responsible for the design and implementation of IT processes. Provides support to functional areas by creating and communicating solutions to complex problems and projects. Applies advanced problem solving skills and executes solutions to complex problems independently. Applies learned IT skills to work assignments. Coaches and mentors IT tasks and skills to others. Develops and implements IT processes. Identifies opportunities and owns improvements to technologies and IT processes. Leads, defines and completes complex IT tasks independently; may lead small projects. Manages and accountable for project completions. Performs additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives. Presents work output in a clear and concise manner. Manages and designs major hardware/software solutions in support of assigned infrastructure hardware and services in the organization. Administers infrastructure upgrades, implementations and integrations. Provides technical administrative and configuration support for one or more of the following platforms: Windows Server, Microsoft Active Directory, VMware Virtual Infrastructure, Linux, Application Delivery, and other related technologies. Provides technical support of Infrastructure hardware, software and firmware, including storage systems. Provides advanced problem resolution for server and client based software. Required 24 x 7 on-call support rotation assignments.
