About The Position

The Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SE&TC) Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) department is seeking a Senior Logistics Systems Engineer to join our team onsite in Woburn, MA. In this role, you will be a key member of the LCE team, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and customer program leaders. As a Senior Logistics Systems Engineer, you’re responsible for the development and maintenance of detailed Logistics Support Analyses (LSA), Provisioning data for parts, and Spares Analysis for hardware within Radar Systems. You will review and analyze design engineering drawings and models to develop Logistics Data Products. Your contributions will directly support sustainment of Radar hardware, readiness, and long-term system performance. Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) ensures our products are Safe, Reliable, Maintainable, and delivered on time. Our team supports the entire product lifecycle, from conception to deactivation, with a focus on product support disciplines, including Reliability, System Safety, and Supportability. Requirements

Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience.
Design engineering experience, including interpreting and developing Technical Data Packages such as engineering drawings and/or parts lists.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
Active and existing security clearance required after day 1

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of Hardware Generation Breakdown or Bill of Materials (BOM).
Familiarity with 3D modeling tools such as Solidworks or CreoView.
Experience working with relational databases.
Proficiency in Statistical Analysis.
Experience developing and maintaining Logistics Management Information (LMI) in accordance with GEIA-STD-0007 or MIL-STD-1388-2B.
Practical knowledge of tools such as EAGLE, POWERLOG, or SLICWave.
Expertise in developing Logistics Plans, Spares Analysis, and Spares List Development (e.g., Poisson-Based Statistical Analysis, OPUS Suite or similar software).
Hands-on experience with hardware repair and maintenance is a plus.
Familiarity with U.S. Military supply chain processes.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Earned Value Management System (EVMS) certification and application
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

Analyze engineering drawings, Engineering Change Notices (ECNs), and CREO 3D models produced by design engineering teams to perform comprehensive Logistics Supportability Analyses.
Develop and maintain detailed Logistics Support Analyses (LSA), provisioning data, and spares analyses for hardware across multiple product lines.
Apply advanced logistics engineering principles to develop complex program‑level concepts, strategies, and plans.
Implement and manage the successful execution of logistics plans to meet technical, cost, and schedule requirements.
Track and maintain budgets and schedules for assigned Logistics Engineering tasks.
Develop accurate Basis of Estimates (BOEs) to support proposal and capture activities.
