This is the PERFECT position for a Principal Level Software Engineer with a strong background in DevSecOps, Software Lifecycle Development (Requirements, Development, Test, Certification). Someone who can serve as the focal subject matter expert in all aspects related to Software Solution LifeCycle Pipelines. Requirements

Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws/regulations and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
Experience in all aspects/phases the software engineering product lifecycle to include all phases of certification.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Nice To Haves

Experience with DevSecOps.
Experience with: GitLab, Git, CMake, MinGW, LynxOS, Coverity, Artifactory, Docker, Vista.
Experience with scripting languages: Python, Robot, Lava.
Experience with SW Harness Testing and Adaption (PySMART, Rapitest, Etc..)
Experience with AI technology for automation enhancements.
Experience in detailed technical writing for solution adopters.
Experience with Agile development life cycle and best practices.

Responsibilities

Lead in the implementation of new capabilities for our SW Cert DevOps and Common Test pipelines.
Optimize existing Software Solution capabilities.
Work across teams and departments to enable rapid onboarding of the Cert DevOps technology.
Mentor, train and onboard teammates.
Be a self-starter, able to multitask and manage unplanned events.
Use organizational skills to keep track of everything.
Use effective communication skills to keep engineering peers, leadership and customers up to date.
Use problem solving, decision making, and teamwork skills to support the team mission.
