About The Position

As a Senior Systems Analyst for the Revenue Operations Tech & Systems team, you will serve as a technical owner of the Restaurant Organization's go-to-market systems ecosystem. You will design, build, and optimize the technology that powers our Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams, creating scalable solutions that enable growth across the business. This role blends systems architecture, Salesforce administration, integrations, automation, and business process engineering. You'll partner with stakeholders across Resy and American Express to translate business needs into technical solutions, build reliable system integrations, improve data quality, and continuously evolve our revenue technology stack. The ideal candidate enjoys solving operational challenges through technology, has a systems-first mindset, and thrives building scalable solutions that reduce manual work, improve data integrity, and enable business growth.

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Systems, Sales Operations, Salesforce Administration, or Revenue Operations Engineering, preferably in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Salesforce Administrator Certification
Deep hands-on Salesforce Administration experience with expertise in declarative development and platform architecture
Experience designing scalable CRM solutions and business process automation
Strong understanding of Salesforce APIs, integrations, Connected Apps, and authentication methods
Experience working with integration platforms such as Workato, MuleSoft, Zapier, Make, Boomi, or similar middleware solutions
Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and system integration concepts
Experience supporting complex revenue technology ecosystems including Salesforce, Outreach, Chili Piper, DocuSign, CPQ platforms, Zuora, Hubspot, or similar SaaS-supporting applications
Experience implementing lead routing, account assignment, territory management, quoting, contract lifecycle, and customer success workflows
Strong understanding of SaaS go-to-market processes and revenue operations best practices
Experience with release management, sandbox environments, testing, and change management
Comfortable gathering technical requirements and translating business needs into scalable systems solutions
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on process improvement and scalable design
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders
Comfort with ambiguity and evolving priorities; able to remain steady through organizational change

Nice To Haves

Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder certifications are a plus
Experience with Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, or other Salesforce development tools is a plus
Working knowledge of SQL, Snowflake, or other data platforms is a plus
Experience with Git, DevOps Center, Copado, Gearset, or other Salesforce deployment tools
Experience with Zuora CPQ, Zuora Billing, Snowflake, Tableau, or modern RevOps technology stacks
Experience in a high-growth SaaS, marketplace, or technology company
familiarity with risk and compliance processes in a SaaS or payments environment

Responsibilities

Own the architecture, administration, governance, and ongoing optimization of the Restaurant Organization's revenue technology ecosystem
Participate in QA (quality assurance), user acceptance testing (UAT), edge-case testing, and hypercare initiatives during system rollouts or enhancements
Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Flows, custom objects, Lightning pages, validation rules, approval processes, permission sets, record types, and declarative automation
Develop system architecture that supports evolving business processes while maintaining data integrity, security, and scalability
Establish governance and best practices for CRM configuration, release management, change control, and system documentation
Design, implement, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications using APIs, middleware, and native integrations
Build scalable automation that streamlines lead routing, opportunity management, onboarding, renewals, billing, contracting, and customer lifecycle workflows
Identify opportunities to eliminate manual processes through automation and workflow optimization
Partner with Engineering and IT teams to support custom integrations and data synchronization across business systems and to ensure clean, scalable, and compliant system operations
Monitor integration health, troubleshoot failures, and proactively resolve system issues
Provide strategic input, evaluate, implement, and optimize revenue technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and user experience
Manage administration of third-party GTM applications, including licensing, provisioning, configuration, and vendor relationships
Lead technical implementation of new platforms from requirements gathering through deployment and user adoption
Continuously assess platform utilization and recommend enhancements based on evolving business needs
Design scalable business processes that support Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Marketing operations
Improve CRM data quality through validation, automation, governance, and ongoing audits
Partner with Revenue Operations leadership to define technical solutions for strategic initiatives
Develop reporting infrastructure and support data models that enable accurate forecasting and operational insights
Create technical documentation and system diagrams, and Support training and documentation efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new tools and processes
Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across RevOps, Global Dining, and American Express teams on cross-functional initiatives
Serve as the technical subject matter expert for Revenue Operations systems
Manage the intake, prioritization, and execution of system enhancement requests while balancing strategic initiatives with operational support
Work in tandem with leadership to align system capabilities to business goals and guide technology-related decisions
Help shape operational processes by identifying opportunities for automation, simplification, or scale
