About The Position

The Senior Supply Chain Planning Manager will lead Demand and Supply Planning processes, along with driving overall Sales & Operations Planning/Execution maturity. Success in this role requires cross-functional leadership across the end-to-end supply chain to maximize customer satisfaction, from ensuring accurate and data-driven predictions of future demand to making sensible and appropriate supply decisions to drive optimal inventory levels. Must have the ability to translate data into actionable insights and proven experience transforming Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and/or S&OP processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or a related field
• 5+ years of Demand or Supply Planning experience, with team leadership experience a plus
• Experience working in consumer goods
• Proficiency in planning software
• Advanced Excel skills
• Knowledge of statistical forecasting models and methodologies
• Experience working in international, end-to-end, integrated supply chain organizations

Nice To Haves

• APICS CSCP, or CPIM certification preferred but not required
• IBF S&OP - IBP certification preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Lead Demand, Supply, and Production Planning activity through the S&OP/S&OE framework and effectively communicate decisions, action items, and next steps cross-functionally.
• Drive improvement in Demand Planning process by continuous improvement in forecast accuracy, bias, and trend and with active collaboration with cross-functional partners.
• Partner with Sourcing teammates to manage flows of product from overseas vendor base, driving effective use of ERP-based planning platform to make consistently strong replenishment decisions.
• Oversee Production Planning capability for local manufacturing site, ensuring touchpoints with Operations and Sales teams.
• Align with Sales, Digital and Brand Creative teams to execute multiple new product launches across the year.
• Apply targeted KPIs to drive optimal demand, supply, and inventory plans, and use root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement.
• Drive progress on key initiatives, including managing resource allocation, risk mitigation, and Leadership touchpoints and approvals.
• Provide cross-functional support to S&OE activities and manage inputs/outputs of the S&OP process.
• Update and maintain SOPs to support key process areas.
