About The Position

We are seeking a highly analytical supply chain professional with deep capacity planning experience and a strong foundation in data analytics, SQL, and Python, who is excited to apply AI agents and automation to complex supply chain problems. This role will support strategic decision-making across demand forecasting, capacity planning, inventory optimization, and scenario modeling, while actively building and deploying AI‑driven analytics solutions. This individual will work cross functionally with supply chain, procurement, operations, finance, and technology teams to transform data into insight—and insight into action—at scale.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Engineering, Operations Research, Data Science, Economics, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, capacity planning, or network planning
  • Expertise in transforming unstructured data into standardized, scalable data structures for analysis and reporting
  • Strong, hands-on experience with SQL (advanced queries, joins, performance tuning)
  • Strong Python skills for data analysis and modeling or strong Power BI skills (datasets management, reporting creation and deployment mechanisms)
  • Proven experience building analytical models for capacity, demand, inventory, or lead-time planning
  • Ability to translate ambiguous problems into structured analytical approaches

Nice To Haves

  • Experience deploying or prototyping AI agents, ML models, or automation workflows
  • Familiarity with optimization, forecasting, or simulation techniques
  • Experience working with large, global supply chains or capital-intensive environments
  • Exposure to cloud data platforms or modern data stacks

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain capacity planning models across suppliers, manufacturing, logistics, and infrastructure constraints
  • Perform scenario planning and what if analysis to support investment decisions, demand volatility, and risk mitigation
  • Analyze supply demand imbalances, lead times, throughput, and bottlenecks to inform short‑ and long‑term plans
  • Support executive level reporting with clear KPIs, trends, and recommendations
  • Design, write, and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large, complex datasets
  • Build Python based analytical models (forecasting, optimization, simulations) using libraries such as GCP, Copilot studio
  • Create repeatable, scalable data pipelines and analytics workflows
  • Partner with BI teams to feed dashboards and decision tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Agentic AI)
  • Design and implement AI agents to automate recurring analytics tasks (e.g., demand analysis, exception detection, scenario generation)
  • Apply machine learning or rule based agents to improve forecasting accuracy, capacity utilization, and planning cycle time
  • Integrate AI‑driven insights into planning processes and operational workflows
  • Continuously identify opportunities where AI and automation can replace manual analysis or judgment calls
  • Work closely with supply chain leaders, planners, and category managers to translate business questions into analytical solutions
  • Communicate complex findings clearly to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
  • Influence planning and investment decisions through data driven storytelling
