About The Position

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Supplier Program Management Specialist (Level 4) to join the A-MH (Air Dominance Proprietary) team in Hazelwood, Missouri. This position provides technical and business guidance to integrate strategic supply chain activities, leads stakeholder relationships and performance throughout all contract phases, and conducts and guides supplier assessments. The role involves developing current and projected work statements, establishing the basis for recovery, corrective and preventative action plans, and communicating supplier and organization performance plans, risks, issues, and opportunities to stakeholders. Additionally, the specialist will develop and execute work movement plans.

Requirements

  • Technical Bachelor's, Master's or a PhD degree. (A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study)
  • More than 5 years of experience managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services
  • More than 5 years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes
  • More than 5 years of experience creating, interpreting and/or enforcing technical requirements
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. (An Interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post Start is required.)
  • Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
