Experienced Supplier Program Management Specialist
About The Position
Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Supplier Program Management Specialist (Level 3) to join the A-MH (Air Dominance Proprietary) team in Hazelwood, Missouri. This position provides technical and business support to meet supplier performance targets, develops stakeholder relationships, and evaluates performance throughout all contract phases. The role involves conducting supplier assessments, reviewing current and projected work statements to support procurement strategies and contractual compliance, and evaluating elements of recovery, corrective, and preventative action plans. The specialist will also provide data to support the communication of supplier performance plans, risks, issues, and opportunities.
Requirements
- Technical Bachelor's, Master's or a PhD degree. (A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study)
- More than 3 years of experience managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services
- More than 3 years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes
- More than 3 years of experience creating, interpreting and/or enforcing technical requirements
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. (An Interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post Start is required.)
- Must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
- Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
