About The Position

We are seeking a Senior SuccessFactors Time Off & Time Tracking Consultant to join our growing SuccessFactors practice. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality Time Off and Time Tracking solutions, including configuration, business rules, workflows, and end-to-end HR process design. You'll work directly with clients to understand their business requirements, provide best-practice recommendations, and support successful project delivery from discovery through to go-live and beyond. You will collaborate closely with other teams to ensure a seamless, end-to-end employee experience. This position can be based anywhere across Australia or New Zealand.

Requirements

  • Proven hands-on experience implementing SuccessFactors Time Off and Time Tracking.
  • Strong knowledge of workforce management, leave management, attendance, and time recording processes.
  • Experience leading workshops and managing client stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of SuccessFactors Employee Central and its integration with Time solutions.
  • Experience across the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within distributed project teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Current SAP SuccessFactors certifications in: Employee Central, Time Off, Time Tracking
  • Experience integrating SuccessFactors with SAP Payroll, ECP, or third-party payroll systems.
  • Consulting experience within professional services or system integrator environments.
  • Exposure to SAP Activate methodology.
  • Experience working with customers across Australia and New Zealand.

Responsibilities

  • Lead workshops to gather, analyse, and validate client requirements.
  • Design and configure SAP SuccessFactors Time Off and Time Tracking solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance on time management best practices and solution capabilities.
  • Prepare functional specifications, configuration workbooks, testing scripts, and project documentation.
  • Support data migration, integration design, and end-to-end testing activities.
  • Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout project lifecycles.
  • Identify risks, issues, and opportunities, providing proactive recommendations.
  • Contribute to pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations, and proposal development.
  • Mentor and support junior consultants within the SuccessFactors practice.
  • Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors roadmap developments and industry trends.
