We are seeking an experienced and solutions-oriented SuccessFactors Analyst for functional support and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors across a wide range of modules. This role serves as a key liaison between HR, the Business, and IT requiring a unique blend of technical acumen and business insight to drive system improvements, troubleshoot issues, test updates, and deliver high-quality user experiences. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with multiple (not necessarily all) SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Goals, Performance Management, Compensation Planning, Talent Review, Succession Planning, Development, and Reporting. The candidate must be willing to learn new areas of the system and be eager to lead discussions with other HR Centers of Excellence on annual processes, process improvement and system updates/inquiries.
