Requirements
- 3+ years of procurement/subcontracts administration, L&C, Supply Chain
- Negotiation and contract management skills
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with procurement software and tools
- Ability to understand and negotiate terms and conditions
- Ability to work independently
- Experience utilizing MS Office Suite, SAP, and other business tools used in the execution of subcontracts
- Candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- DoD procurement subcontracting experience (FAR15)
- Detailed understanding of DoD Procurement Life Cycle
- Experience with Federal Acquisitions Regulations and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations
- Procurement experience within defense, aerospace, or similar industry
Responsibilities
- Procurement/subcontracts administration
- Negotiation and contract management
- Managing subcontracts FFP, CP, CPIF, etc.
- Understanding and negotiating terms and conditions
- Working with subcontractors during all phases of program lifecycle
