About The Position

Sargent & Lundy's Nuclear Power Group is hiring a senior-level Structural Engineer to support nuclear energy and related technology projects. The engineer will collaborate with structural and other engineering disciplines, guide less experienced project team members, and contribute to safe and reliable nuclear power generation. The position includes structural analysis and design of steel frames, connections, concrete members, and foundations, as well as preparation and review of calculations, specifications, reports, and design deliverables. The role is based on a hybrid schedule requiring in-office work three days per week, with travel to client and vendor offices and plant sites for design reviews, construction coordination, and field verification. Sargent & Lundy provides training and mentorship opportunities, comprehensive benefits, and a compensation range of $84,762–$129,498. Eligible employees may also participate in a yearly discretionary bonus.
