The Senior Manager will join the Strategy & Operations team, reporting to the VP of Strategy & Operations. This role involves executing a diverse array of strategic initiatives across the business, with a focus on high-priority areas for Garner’s leadership team, deploying management best practices, and operating in a high-performance, high-impact environment.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in a strategic problem-solving role; prior experience in management consulting, investment banking, or an early-stage startup environment
A strong ability to break down unstructured problems into their component parts, recommend solutions, and work with cross-functional stakeholders to implement them
A combination of a high ownership mentality and detail orientation that has resulted in a track record of delivering operational initiatives
Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize insights from complex data
A willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and do whatever is necessary to ensure company success
Interest and/or experience working in healthcare, with a mission to improve the U.S. healthcare system
A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback

Responsibilities

Execute strategic projects across the business; dive deep into areas of high priority for Garner’s leadership team
Take on a portfolio of operational processes - that you will develop and deploy - in close collaboration with subject matter experts across Garner
Rotate through a variety of high impact initiatives providing you with broad exposure across the company
Support Garner’s strategic operating rhythm, including managing company KPIs and driving our annual/quarterly planning processes
Work directly with Garner’s leadership on high-visibility initiatives for the business
