About The Position

The Senior Manager, Activation Strategy & Operations is responsible for the strategic and analytical engine supporting Fora's advisor activation function. This role reports to the Head of Activation and involves designing and executing experiments, managing cross-functional OKRs, and converting insights into scalable programs to foster advisor growth. It is a highly visible, individual contributor-heavy position suited for someone who thrives in ambiguous environments, can quickly transition between strategy and execution, and believes that launching a project is not the end but a continuous process of improvement.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in a top‑tier management consulting firm, investment bank, or structured general‑management/rotational program (e.g., Amazon, Uber, DoorDash).
  • Self‑starter who thrives in ambiguity, biases toward action, and relentlessly seeks improvement. You’re just as good at building strategy as you are at rolling up your sleeves and executing with clear goals, speed, and accountability.
  • Exceptional written and verbal skills with the ability to distill complex analyses into executive‑ready insights.
  • Proven track record of leading cross‑functional initiatives on aggressive timelines.
  • Eager to continue to iterate and operate post-launch to drive more efficiency and better business results
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Genuine interest in redefining the travel industry and building with AI‑driven tools.

Responsibilities

  • Own quarterly OKRs for the Activation function — define success metrics, track performance, and communicate progress to senior leadership
  • Design and run experiments across the advisor lifecycle; own the hypothesis-to-insight loop and graduate successful pilots into lasting programs
  • Structure ambiguous strategic questions, build analytical models, and synthesize insights into clear recommendations
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reporting frameworks, and processes that improve efficiency and scalability across activation initiatives
  • Drive cross-functional workstreams spanning Product, Marketing, Training, and Sales — from scoping through launch and iteration
  • Identify and execute high-impact process improvements as the activation function scales
