Adobe’s Digital GTM & Sales team drives the end-to-end performance of our digital business — and this role sits at the center of it! As a Senior Strategy & Operations Lead, you will be a trusted strategic partner to leadership, helping shape how we think about the business, identify the highest-leverage opportunities for growth, and translate insight into action at speed. This is a role for someone who thinks like a consultant and operates like an owner. You’ll bring a structured lens to complex business questions — whether that’s diagnosing what’s driving a performance trend, evaluating a strategic bet, or stress-testing a quarterly plan. At the same time, you’ll roll up your sleeves to ensure the operating rhythms and planning processes that keep the business running are reliable and continuously improving. You'll be partnering with sales, marketing, finance, and regional teams and the key connective tissue between strategy and execution.
