We are looking for a Senior Strategy Manager to join our team to develop and support talent acquisition and retention programs that attract, onboard, and engage exceptional team members at every stage of the TRL team member lifecycle.What You’ll DoIn this role, you will be the critical liaison between our Talent Acquisition team and the field- ensuring we're acquiring the right talent and building a workplace where people want to stay and grow.
