About The Position

A Team Home Services is a growing home services company looking for a Talent Acquisition & Retention Specialist to help us attract, hire, onboard, and retain high-quality technicians, leaders, and support team members. We're looking for a recruiting professional with experience identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across skilled trades and home services organizations. This role will focus on recruiting for a variety of positions, including technicians, lead technicians, sales professionals, dispatchers, customer service representatives, operations team members, and management roles. The ideal candidate understands the unique challenges of recruiting in home services and skilled trades and can develop effective recruiting strategies that help build strong teams while supporting employee retention and long-term success.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, onboarding, or related HR experience preferred.
  • Experience recruiting for home services, skilled trades, construction, field service, sales, dispatch, customer service, or technician roles is strongly preferred.
