Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in digital adoption, end-user enablement, learning & development, change management, or enterprise tool/product adoption.
  • Demonstrated instructional design and facilitation skills; ability to create clear job aids and learning content for non-technical audiences.
  • Experience using data/analytics to measure adoption and inform program improvements (dashboards, usage reports, survey insights).
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across technical and business partners.
  • Program management capability: planning, prioritization, risk management, and execution across multiple concurrent initiatives.

Nice To Haves

  • Expertise in increasing active usage and feature adoption for priority tools (e.g., monthly active users, key feature utilization, meeting quality metrics, coauthoring/collaboration behaviors).
  • Experience reducing "how do I" support tickets and improved time-to-resolution via stronger self-service content.
  • Expertise in improving employee confidence scores (digital dexterity/self-efficacy) based on survey and training outcomes.
  • Experience with launch readiness and adoption targets met for major releases (on-time communications, training completion, champion coverage).
  • History of positive stakeholder feedback and clear ROI narratives tied to productivity, collaboration, and process simplification.

Responsibilities

  • Own the digital adoption strategy for priority end-user tools, aligned to business outcomes, employee experience, and change roadmaps.
  • Translate product capabilities into role-based scenarios, playbooks, job aids, and best practices that make adoption practical and repeatable.
  • Design and deliver enablement programs (virtual/in-person training, office hours, webinars, learning paths, microlearning) tailored by persona, function, and proficiency level.
  • Build and run a champions network to scale peer-to-peer support, localize feedback, and reinforce behavior change.
  • Lead change management activities for tool rollouts and major feature releases: stakeholder mapping, communications plans, launch kits, readiness checks, and reinforcement plans.
  • Measure adoption and digital dexterity using usage analytics, surveys, and qualitative feedback; define KPIs, baselines, and targets; report insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Identify friction and remove barriers by improving documentation, simplifying processes, and influencing backlog priorities with product and engineering teams.
  • Inform and enhance a self-service enablement ecosystem (knowledge base structure, FAQs, templates, how-to content, and learning hubs) that reduces support tickets and increases confidence.
  • Drive continuous improvement through A/B testing of communications, iterative training content, and experimentation with new learning modalities.
