This is not a traditional Strategy role. You'll lead YouTube strategy for one of the world's fastest-growing content creation platforms as we build their channel into a core hub of content. This is a high-profile engagement focused on creator-first programming, product education, and long-form content. The engagement is initially scoped through the summer content window, with strong potential to extend into future quarters as the channel scales. You are a YouTube native. You've built channels and grown audiences, and you understand the platform from the inside out. You know how the algorithm rewards content, what drives watch time and retention, how packaging and publishing cadence move the needle, and what separates content that performs from content that doesn't. You pair that platform fluency with genuine creative instincts for what makes long-form content worth watching. You are comfortable in the gray. You bring structure where it's needed, push when it matters, and stay close enough to the work to keep the quality bar high. You are energized by the intersection of creators, content, education, and product storytelling, and you know how compelling long-form content builds both audience engagement and brand affinity. Location: Remote. Proximity to the internal team in Los Angeles is a plus. There is no expectation to work from a physical office, though candidates who prefer a hybrid or in-office environment are welcome. This position is estimated at up to 20 hours per week, starting as soon as possible and will go through September 30, 2026 with a potential to extend.
