This role ensures our workforce plans come to life—through strong systems, clean data, and coordinated execution across HR and the business. The advisor will interpret Workday signals and translate them for HR COEs, providing early visibility rather than reactive reporting. They will ensure COEs are aligned to what is actually happening versus what was planned. This includes providing hiring demand signals to Talent Acquisition, identifying skill gaps and organizational shifts for Learning & Development, and supporting HRBPs with org design changes and risks. The role also involves variance tracking and reporting, supporting actual vs. plan tracking in Workday and Adaptive Workforce Planning tools (headcount, positions, spend), and partnering with the People Insights & Analytics team to create clear narratives and insights from reporting. Building and maintaining regular reporting for various leadership levels, including executive leadership, is also a key responsibility. In terms of Process Improvement & Governance in Workday, the advisor will own position flow, including review, approval, auditing, and cleanup, and identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities in business process design. They will support ticketing and change requests from Finance and HR Partners, and serve as the team’s primary expert in Workday position data, transactions, and workflows, while also supporting re-organizations and ensuring data hygiene.
