This role ensures our workforce plans come to life—through strong systems, clean data, and coordinated execution across HR and the business. The Senior Strategic Workforce Planning Advisor will interpret Workday signals and translate them for HR COEs, providing early visibility rather than reactive reporting. This role ensures COEs are aligned to what is actually happening versus what was planned. Examples of COE alignment include Talent Acquisition (hiring demand signals), Learning & Development (skill gaps, org shift, possible training classes), and HRBPs (org design changes, risks). The role also involves Variance Tracking & Reporting, supporting actual vs. plan tracking in Workday and Adaptive Planning tools (headcount, positions, spend). The advisor will partner with the People Insights & Analytics team to elevate reporting into clear narratives and insights and build and maintain regular reporting for leaders at multiple levels, including executive leadership. Additionally, the role owns process improvement and governance in Workday, specifically managing position flow, including review, approval, auditing, and cleanup. The advisor will look for continued improvement in Workday, identifying process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities in business process design, and support ticketing/change requests from Finance and HR. The advisor will act as and evolve resources for HRBPs and leaders, serving as the team’s primary expert in Workday position data, transactions, and workflows, and will also support data hygiene and re-organization efforts.
