About The Position

This role oversees and directs the timeline of complex surfacing projects from start to finish. The Senior Strategic Project Manager will evaluate and optimize installation processes to improve efficiency and quality outcomes, monitor and control project budgets, and ensure compliance with job costs and contractual terms. This position requires facilitating cross-functional communication through regular reports and meetings with executive leadership, sales, finance, and operations teams. Responsibilities include creating schedules, developing and implementing training, and assigning tasks to junior installers and team members. The role also involves negotiating contracts with suppliers, maintaining contractual obligations, and assisting in establishing and enforcing standardized processes for best practices in project planning, risk management, and quality assurance. Additionally, the Senior Strategic Project Manager will implement proactive problem-solving strategies and cultivate strategic relationships with key suppliers and senior management.

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience in CAD Details
• Knowledge of construction compliance including certified payroll, and OSHA regulations
• HS diploma from US or foreign equivalent
• Two (2) years experience in project management
• Driver's license required
