Requirements

  • Proven expertise in leading complex, multi-faceted programs within dynamic, fast-paced environments
  • Strong ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels, confidently engaging with senior stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with experience leading executive-level discussions
  • Deep understanding of program management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Lean, Waterfall or similar)
  • Strength in navigating ambiguity, solving complex problems, and making informed decisions
  • Experience managing budgets, risks, and cross-functional teams to successful outcomes
  • A natural collaborator with a customer-first mindset and a drive for continuous improvement
  • Must hold valid right to work in United States.

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic initiatives: Lead complex, high-visibility programs that directly support long-term business objectives
  • Partner with senior leaders: Collaborate with executives and stakeholders to align priorities, manage expectations, and navigate escalations
  • Solve complex challenges: Tackle ambiguity with confidence, translating strategic goals into actionable plans and outcomes
  • Own delivery excellence: Build and manage detailed program plans, tracking performance, milestones, and measurable success
  • Communicate with impact: Provide clear, compelling updates to leadership on progress, risks, and achievements
  • Enable continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and ways of working to drive efficiency and innovation
