The U.S. Surgical Medical Affairs organization partners with healthcare professionals to advance clinical education and support the safe and effective use of surgical technologies. This function is responsible for planning and executing medical education programs, physician engagement activities, symposiums, conferences, and other strategic events that support learning, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement across the business. This is an on-site role based in Lafayette, Colorado or Boston, Massachusetts. The Strategic Meeting Planning Specialist works closely with Medical Education, Physician Relations, Marketing, Research & Development (R&D), and external partners to deliver compliant, customer-focused event experiences. As a Strategic Meeting Planning Specialist, you will lead the planning and execution of medical education programs and business meetings that support strategic objectives across the U.S. Surgical Medical Affairs organization. This role is responsible for end-to-end event management, including logistics, attendee experience, vendor coordination, budgeting, reporting, and operational execution while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
