About The Position

Essity is looking for an experienced sales leader who will manage a team of Strategic Account Executives and drive growth within all strategic accounts for our INCO therapy area. The National Strategic Accounts Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales processes that lead to profitable revenue growth. This will include the desired outcomes of increased volumes of Essity Products/Solutions and the cultivation of relationships within strategic accounts. The ideal individual will have strong communication skills and the ability to drive action throughout the organization. This individual will be tasked with enhancing the capabilities of the sales organization and driving accountability to business targets. This role can be located anywhere in the continental United States and will require an average travel of 60%. Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years medical sales experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of successful people management experience
  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree
  • Sales Leadership: Proven ability to sell Total Value to both new and existing customers.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain executive-level relationships, positioning Essity as a strategic partner.
  • Business Development: Identify and address prospective customer needs, presenting Essity solutions that drive business improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with client management and internal teams to strengthen customer relations and identify additional sales opportunities.
  • Sales Administration: Maintain accurate updates within the customer relationship management system (Dynamics 365).
  • Strategic Networking: Attend relevant conferences and events to enhance executive contacts and internal strategic relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Strategic Account Executives overseeing all Strategic Accounts within the INCO therapy area
  • Drive sales via formulary and contract additions within the LTC/SNF/Homecare and Biller markets.
  • Direct sales strategy, negotiation, pricing, marketing, and operational strategies.
  • Utilize GPO Contracting and Health Plan by driving strategy around overall cost in use and state reimbursement expertise
  • Build strong relationships across the internal matrix and with C-suite executives.
  • Conduct Total Value and Economic Modeling to enhance customer engagement and outcomes.
  • Manage strategic account planning and execution, focusing on client relationships and driving sales.
  • Utilize analytical data to promote customized programs and GTM strategy within the addressable markets.
