Essity is looking for an experienced sales leader who will manage a team of Strategic Account Executives and drive growth within all strategic accounts for our INCO therapy area. The National Strategic Accounts Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales processes that lead to profitable revenue growth. This will include the desired outcomes of increased volumes of Essity Products/Solutions and the cultivation of relationships within strategic accounts. The ideal individual will have strong communication skills and the ability to drive action throughout the organization. This individual will be tasked with enhancing the capabilities of the sales organization and driving accountability to business targets. This role can be located anywhere in the continental United States and will require an average travel of 60%.
