The Senior Strategic Account Manager (SAM) represents all Zoetis Poultry products and services in Broiler accounts. The position is responsible for ensuring customer experience and satisfaction is maximized and for achieving annual gross revenue and margin targets within budgeted expense parameters, along with the management of new business growth and retention in assigned Key accounts. As a Senior Strategic Account Manager, this position coordinates the efforts of other Regional Account Managers, Vets, and technical support involved in the assigned Key Account to provide customer support in other territories. This position requires proficiency in the Broiler industry and product knowledge gained through experience in the Regional Accounts Manager role.
