About The Position

The Field Support Manager travels to David’s Bridal stores when a Store Manager position is open or the management team is incomplete. The role provides leadership coverage, restores store performance and operating routines before a new leader begins, supports leadership training in the field, and delivers assigned financial expectations. Assignments vary by market and business need. Leave-of-absence coverage is handled by separate Special Assignment Manager leave-coverage positions. When covering a Store Manager position, the manager builds and retains a high-performing team, models a guest-first culture, and works to deliver a consistent five-star guest experience. The position leads sales and blended conversion performance across front-of-house and alterations, manages payroll and schedules, oversees inventory and store operations, and develops store talent. It requires frequent travel among store locations and may involve schedules Sunday through Saturday, including evenings, weekends, and peak retail periods.
