About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Staff Technical Program Manager to lead company-wide technically complex programs with high impact and urgency. Do you see building Tech Strategy & Execution (TSE) used company wide as a crucial enabling technology in today's business environment? Do you have strong subject matter expertise in software design architecture and analysis? Do you have a strong background on system design and the data analysis required for defining must have capabilities for a Platform? Do you enjoy solving technically complex problems and deliver outcomes in the realms of AI/ML, cloud computing? Are you execution-oriented with attentive detail to driving platform enhancements and improvements across the technology? If you answered yes to the above, then you might be the right person to be the TSE Technical Program Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of Strategic Technical Program Management experience.
  • Experience in challenging problem solving, deep diving into an issue, identifying root-causes and suggesting realistic solutions.
  • Experience synthesizing information quickly, distilling key takeaways, and presenting insights to senior leadership.
  • Experience working with large sets of structured and unstructured data and synthesizing into business insights.
  • High standards and a bias toward action.
  • Expert communication and interpersonal skills, must be able to run meetings and work streams with senior leadership across the company.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize workload and achieve effective results in fast-paced and dynamic environment; effective multi-tasking skills are vital.
  • Leadership experience.
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with members of company-wide business & Engineering teams to help define, streamline, design and analyze data to build business requirements.
  • Work with engineering teams to articulate requirements, further perform functional & technical data & system analysis, drive engineering to implementation via all phases of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Drives execution with a sense of urgency and technical depth.
  • Possess a high degree of collaborative skills, and the ability to influence and communicate effectively on many levels.
  • Define, iterate and improve operation excellence in large organization.
  • High exposure to various tech and business leaders depending on the focus of initiative.
  • End-to-end responsibility: from planning and strategy development to execution and accountability for quarterly and annual goals.
  • Develop new tools and process to support the strategic direction of the organization.
  • Create and manage long-term goals of the organization.
  • Ensure goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance.
  • Prioritize programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
  • Identify systems needs and/or define process to improve efficiency and enable reliability and scalability.
  • Able to speak the language of engineers and lead initiatives involving non-functional requirements and platform-level changes.
  • Sharp with metrics, able to deep dive into data to identify gaps, prioritize effectively, and move with urgency in dynamic environments.
