About The Position

As a Senior Staff Specialist Product Marketing in our Customer Collaboration and Technical Marketing team, you will work hand-in-hand with our customers, enabling them to transform our products into cutting-edge designs, all while building long lasting partnerships that thrive on success. You will lead application business development and regional marketing strategy with cutting-edge sensor series of products such Radar, Environmental, Magnetic and Microphones.

Requirements

B.S./M.S. Electrical or equivalent experience
3 Year of experience in marketing and sales
Strong understanding of system and sensors architecture in the consumer/IoT application
Good understanding of competitive landscape and key market player
Knowledgeable about semiconductor supply chain and manufacturing process
Enjoy presenting Infineon offering to facilitated product selection.
Strong sense of urgency and leadership in solving complicated business challenges
Solid interpersonal skill to interface with customers, present solution and work closely with Infineon Sales and product line
Self-motivate to learn and take topics which may arise during the course of business activity

Responsibilities

Lead application business development and marketing strategy to drive sales for sensors products in collaboration with Infineon sales and product line
Define and deploy the Go-to-Market strategy and coordinate its regional execution, focus on key applications and customers.
Responsible for market analysis, competitors’ landscape and product gap. Capable to drive and present sensors opportunity pipeline to Infineon Executive.
Coordinate with product line, sales and field application engineers on best practice to demonstrate Infineon value proposition and system solutions to drive adoptions and business growth.
Create market study and model for relevant Infineon applications level2.
Key member of regional marketing team developing new concept, innovation project influencing our application and product roadmap
