About The Position

Build and lead the Assembly, Integration, and Test (AI&T) team for payload and space vehicle development, integration, verification, and launch preparation. Serve as the technical leader and cost account manager for AI&T scope, cost, schedule, and performance. Develop the test architecture, integration strategy, verification approach, and execution roadmap from payload through space vehicle delivery. Lead assembly, integration, environmental testing, system verification, and launch site operations, and drive implementation of Design for Assembly and Test (DFAT) principles across the program. Own AI&T plans, verification plans, test concepts, and execution schedules. Define requirements, architecture, acquisition, and deployment strategies for electrical ground support equipment (EGSE) and mechanical ground support equipment (MGSE). Lead integration planning for payload, subsystem, and space vehicle activities, and manage requirements verification and validation through closure. Develop build and test procedures, operational products, readiness reviews, and launch campaign documentation. Lead environmental and functional testing, end-to-end verification, anomaly resolution, and mission readiness. Guide multidisciplinary AI&T engineers, technicians, and support personnel through integration and test, and serve as the primary interface with systems engineering, program management, manufacturing, quality, mission assurance, and customers.
