Lockheed Martin (LM) is looking for a dedicated Senior Project Engineer to become a member of the Reentry Portfolio Integration (RPI) Office.

Requirements

  • Experience with Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
  • CAM/ Budgeting experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite tools (PowerPoint, excel, etc.)
  • Experience in project management
  • Experience in Data Analytics
  • Demonstrated ability to take a project from conceptualization and organize, plan and manage it to successful completion
  • Excellent, demonstrated communication, presentation and people skills are required as this position requires frequent briefings to senior leadership, as well as, the customer
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Clearance, as such US Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and synthesize data from diverse sources to surface trends, risks, opportunities, and future projects that benefit Strategic Reentry Programs (SRP) and Navy Reentry
  • Work with various functions (e.g., Systems Engineering, Chief Engineering, Program Planning, Finance, etc.) to develop and execute Navy Reentry business rhythms and projects
  • Lead large, cross‑functional teams to build integrated solutions and set Strategic Reentry Programs (SRP) and Navy Reentry for success
  • Improve processes and mentor the team. Follow existing program and engineering procedures, and identify improvements that enable organization, team efficiency and execution.
  • Coordinate work across specialties. Manage scope, dependencies, and integration points between different groups
  • Provide mentorship, guidance and be the Team Lead to the Project Engineer team, while identifying projects that will support and advance the objectives of the Reentry Navy organization.
