Come join a multidiscipline team focused on executing customer programs and capital projects within the Ground Support Equipment (GSE) Services organization. In this role your duties will include leading and managing the cost/schedule/technical performance for the design and production of Mechanical and Electrical GSE. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Managing earned value performance, metrics, and reporting for multiple control accounts spanning the lifecycle of the contract for the GSE IPTs Managing the overall scope for each assigned control account and impacting any proposed changes Working with partnering organizations and IPTs to ensure products are delivered on time and on budget. Coordinating with Program and Functional Management to ensure the appropriate resources are in place for execution Providing timely and accurate insight on key program impacts or opportunities and implement corrective actions as needed Working with supply chain organizations for production and/or procurement of materials and equipment The ideal candidate will have good communications skills (both oral and written), able to mentor and develop their team to a high standard, have a strong background in project management, finance, manufacturing and ATLO environments and processes.
