About The Position
We’re hiring our first Product Manager to bridge enterprise customers and engineering at a 19-person seed-stage company. This is a full-time role based in San Francisco, CA.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of product management, with 5+ in enterprise/B2B software (DevOps, security, infra, or data analytics).
- Strong customer-facing experience: demos, discovery, post-sale expansion.
- Proven ability to translate complex needs into actionable engineering briefs.
Nice To Haves
- Built products from scratch or worked in regulated industries.
Responsibilities
- Run tailored enterprise demos that win deals.
- Own customer lifecycle from pre-sales to post-sale growth.
- Partner with CEO/CTO/engineering to define requirements.
- Build quick prototypes with AI coding tools.
- Manage multiple enterprise engagements seamlessly.
- Drive roadmap insights from customer patterns.
- Own critical product areas: auth, RBAC, workflows, data governance.
