Senior Staff Product Manager

Integral Ad Science•Toronto, ON
•$154,700 - $265,200

About The Position

Integral Ad Science (IAS) is seeking a Senior Staff Product Manager to lead its Fraud and Ad Quality team. The team owns ad fraud and ad quality technology that helps advertisers measure and avoid running campaigns on sites and apps known for invalid traffic (IVT) or low-quality content that wastes ad spend. The role works at the intersection of emerging technology, the advertising business, and IAS’s market position and strengths to develop innovative customer and market solutions. It calls for a leader who can operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments, define problems, develop solutions, and drive execution with engineering and commercial partners. The position requires strong vision, decision-making, strategic prioritization, leadership-level stakeholder alignment, and technical literacy to engage with emerging technology and architectural decisions. The product leader will own the strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market for the Fraud and Ad Quality team’s products, including data science ML/AI models and fraud measurement and optimization products. They will partner across Engineering, Data Science, Business Development, Commercial, and Product Marketing; conduct market research; oversee product development through release and future iterations; and advocate for products internally and externally. IAS describes itself as a global media measurement and optimization platform serving advertisers, publishers, and media platforms. The primary location listed is New York, NY, with Toronto as an additional location. The primary-location annual base salary range is $154,700–$265,200; the additional-locations range is listed as $140,000–$240,000 USD annually. IAS states that full-time employees receive paid time off, health insurance (medical, dental, and vision), PPO, HSA and FSA options, 401(k) with employer matching contributions, and eligibility for an annual bonus and/or other incentive plans.
