About The Position

The Senior Staff Engineer will serve as an experienced Infor M3 Functional Consultant supporting and implementing non-finance modules, including Procurement, Sales Order Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Warehousing, and Distribution. The role covers business process analysis, solution configuration, user support, issue resolution, testing, training, and continuous process improvement. It is a full-time, remote position based in Belleville, Ontario, Canada.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience.
• Strong experience with Infor M3 Supply Chain modules.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support Infor M3 non-finance modules, including Procurement, Sales, Manufacturing, Warehousing, and Supply Chain.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions and system configurations.
• Provide L2/L3 support for incidents, service requests, and production issues while ensuring SLA compliance.
• Support SIT, UAT, and regression testing, as well as go-live activities.
• Work with technical teams on integrations, APIs, ION workflows, and EDI processes.
• Conduct user training and prepare process documentation, user guides, and knowledge-transfer materials.
• Participate in implementation projects, enhancements, rollouts, and continuous improvement initiatives.
