About The Position

The Senior Staff Engineer will serve as an INFOR M3 Finance Consultant, working remotely for a role located in Easton, Pennsylvania. The consultant collaborates with clients to understand financial processes, business requirements, and objectives; analyzes existing systems and recommends improvements; and advises on financial-management best practices using Infor M3. The role configures and implements Infor M3 finance solutions, conducts end-to-end testing, trains end users, provides post-implementation support, and maintains system and process documentation. It also involves keeping current with Infor M3 releases and industry trends, identifying opportunities to improve financial processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate financial solutions with other business processes.

Requirements

Minimum 7 years of experience.
Strong experience with Infor M3 Finance modules.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand financial processes, business requirements, and objectives.
Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
Advise clients on financial-management best practices using Infor M3.
Configure Infor M3 finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management, to meet client requirements.
Lead implementation of Infor M3 finance solutions in alignment with client needs and industry standards.
Conduct end-to-end testing of financial modules to ensure system integrity and accuracy.
Develop and deliver training sessions for end users on Infor M3 finance functionalities.
Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and assist with system optimization.
Create and maintain documentation related to system configuration, processes, and procedures.
Stay updated on Infor M3 releases, features, and industry trends.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial solutions with other business processes.
