Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition
About The Position
The Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition partners with hiring managers and HR Business Partners across the talent acquisition process, including recruitment strategy, candidate identification and selection, compensation recommendations, and extending offers. The role provides an efficient, high-touch experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruiting lifecycle, maintains accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System in accordance with compliance and talent acquisition processes, and demonstrates integrity, respect, composure under pressure, and a strong sense of urgency. The position is remote. Employees work 9 out of every 14 days, totaling 80 hours, with every other Friday off.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years of prior related experience in full-cycle recruiting with active sourcing; or a graduate degree or equivalent and at least 4 years of prior related experience.
- In lieu of a degree, at least 10 years of prior related experience is required.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
- Previous experience in agency and/or corporate recruiting.
- Progressive knowledge and expertise in sourcing methodologies, candidate assessment and interviewing, talent selection, and closing strategies such as negotiations.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners on recruitment strategy, candidate identification and selection, compensation recommendations, offer extension, and other aspects of talent acquisition.
- Provide an efficient, high-touch experience for candidates and hiring managers through all stages of the recruiting lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate and updated candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System in compliance with talent acquisition processes.
- Demonstrate ethical standards, integrity, and respect.
- Maintain composure under pressure and deadlines.
- Operate with a high sense of urgency and be action-oriented.
