About The Position

At Nestlé USA, we are dedicated to delighting consumers with our trusted brands. This role is part of the NUSA TAG Center of Excellence, ensuring integrated processes for Product Mastership across Raw (ingredient) and Packaging materials. The position focuses on Material Specifications, Recipe Management, Product Specifications, and Compliant Label Communications, ensuring market-level integration and compliance with Nestlé and external standards. The role provides leadership for Product System Mastership within NUSA, including harmonization and information quality, collaborating with global partners. It also leads SAP-RM release evaluation and deployment, and actively seeks opportunities for process simplification and optimization, such as in acquisitions, divestitures, data integrity, and CSV improvements.

Requirements

A BS in a technical or related field
At least 5 years of product, package or process development with market experience in CPG
Demonstrated leadership skills in previous roles, and ability to drive healthy challenge
Experience managing a project or change initiative
SAP-RM and SAP experience required
Ability to work in a fast paced and high performing environment
Exceptional organizational skills, extremely detail-oriented, and ability to manage multiple projects and assignments
Strong communication skills: interpersonal, presentation, oral and written with ability to adapt to audience which can include Business, Technical, Procurement and Manufacturing backgrounds
Highly motivated, critical thinker, goal-oriented and easily adapts to change
Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Power Point, Word, Access

Responsibilities

Oversee strategic direction for SAP RM and SAP within the market, providing leadership for NUSA SAP RM implementation, SAP S/4HANA, and ongoing market stewardship for materials across Raw and Packaging, BOMs, and recipes.
Serve as the single point of contact for BOM SAP SME and NUSA for SAP RM system performance and issue escalation, acting as the market escalation point for Raw and Packaging specification-related system issues impacting compliance, supply continuity, manufacturing execution, or data accuracy.
Activate relevant resources to quickly resolve any systems, process or performance issues and provide relevant communication and feedback.
Responsible for role request review and approval to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Oversee material specification strategies related to potential harmonization, process efficiency and management for NUSA.
Provide market leadership for material specification governance, with primary accountability for maintenance, deactivation, sustainability, and data integrity.
Collaborate with PTC, TAG, Regulatory, Procurement, other market leads to resolve issues and enable efficient, timely shared specification approvals.
Engage with global counterparts on harmonization initiatives and serve as the NUSA market advocate for responses and factory alignment, including ownership of relevant global material master data KPIs.
Ensure system rollout and release robustness by leading teams to test new global system releases and global system migration for flawless execution.
Develop and/or ensure the deployment of relevant material and process standards within Nestlé systems.
Lead deployment of market communications, training, and knowledge transfer associated with system rollouts and releases, including enablement for acquisitions, divestitures, or organizational changes, to ensure sustained adoption and correct system usage across NUSA.
Drive continuous improvement of technical capabilities and personal development by building technical, digital, and business acumen, and expanding networks.
Demonstrate curiosity and application of digital solutions (e.g., Power BI) and engage stakeholders to implement solutions using a data-driven approach.
Proactively uncover opportunities for process simplification and optimization across Raw and Packaging specification lifecycles, utilizing system and process insights to drive organizational improvements.
Accountable for Raw and Packaging specification system governance, master data integrity, and cross-functional alignment, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely specification data availability across Nestlé USA.
