The Partner Integrations Strategy & Operations team builds and scales the systems, workflows, and partner experiences that power DoorDash’s integrated provider ecosystem. We work across Product, Support, Engineering, and Merchant strategy teams to improve operational performance, strengthen the Developer Platform, and deliver best-in-class experiences for providers across our suite of products for New Verticals Merchants. Our mission is to reduce friction across the integration lifecycle, drive adoption of automation and AI, and ensure providers have the tools and support they need to operate effectively on DoorDash and grow their business with us. As a Sr. Specialist on the Partner Integrations Strategy & Operations team, you will focus on improving the efficiency and scalability of our New Verticals integrations operations. You’ll support and execute against key initiatives tied to team goals, using data, tooling, and AI solutions to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve the provider experience. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders—including Product, Engineering, Sales, Support, and Technical Account Managers—to operationalize processes, improve tooling, and enhance self-serve experiences for both internal and external stakeholders. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for someone who enjoys solving operational problems, working with data, and building scalable processes in a fast-paced environment. You will report to the Senior Manager of Partner Integrations, New Verticals in our Merchant Strategy & Operations organization. This role is expected to be hybrid with some time in-office.
